I love Salmon

My housemate bought some salmon 'leftover' back. It's the leftover of the fillet I think, consists of head, tail, bone and skin. it's $4 for the leftover of one whole salmon!! So cheap!

So we grilled the lot except the skin, which was fried. So good!! Yum...
